I’ve seen a lot of things, but never have I seen one of the actual owners running food, interacting with guests and taking such pride in what he’s building, oh and he’s super friendly. That being said, there’s a positive energy that flows throughout the restaurant and you can feel it. Delicious food, friendly staff that makes you feel like family and an amazing environment. Absolutely love it there - by far one of the best places to dine in Allentown!”

“This is the best place in Allentown/Bethlehem. I can't even describe my experience at this place. I can say this is better than any professional establishment in the Allentown/Bethlehem area. Zest, seven sirens, and any other place I’ve been too (which is many) has nothing on it. It tended to my brothers frat of 100+ members like nothing. So professional and experienced, and all the workers are so nice. The owner was the nicest guy there, he greeted me at the door and welcomed everyone. And they had a beautiful bar and outdoor bar.”

“I live by Blended so my wife and I have been coming here since they opened a couple years ago. They’ve literally only gotten better since distancing themselves from Bru Daddy’s. The current manager/owner is the man. He’s super friendly/cool and is definitely steering Blended in the right direction. Every iteration of their menu has been better than the last. Their drinks and beers are amazing and their food is ridiculously good. I would recommend specific dishes but everything I eat there is great so it doesn’t matter. Try the new pub pretzel though.”
